Set up sending monthly reports, notifications to kiosks, cash registers and kitchen displays...

You can set up notifications and email messaging in your Company Settings.

Top menu > Settings > gear wheel in the top right > Messages

  • Monthly reports - sending complete reports with orders

  • Notifications about kiosk maintenance - if something is wrong with the kiosk, you will be notified

    • Paper shortage - it is necessary to replenish thermal paper

    • Device unavailable - the device is unavailable

  • Notifications about cash registers and KDS maintenance

    • eKasa expiration - authentication data expires in eKasa

    • Device unavailable - the device is unavailable

  • Stock status notification - sending notifications when a stock item is out of stock

  • Notifications about order status

    • Refund of payment - notification about order cancellation

    • Order reviews - notification about adding an order rating
