To start accepting payments, you need to create a free bank account linked to our Eatster account. To do this, login to Eatster Admin and go to Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Link to Stripe.

You will be redirected to the Stripe form, which will take no more than 10 minutes to fill out. Before you begin, make sure you have the following information about each "beneficial user" of your company who owns at least 25% of the shares:

  • Name and surname

  • Email address

  • Job title

  • Date of birth

  • Residential address

  • Phone number

1. Nastavenie emailovej adresy

Fill in the email address of the company that you will use to log in to the Stripe platform. After pressing the Submit button, you will be prompted to create a password.

Note: You can also use your existing corporate Stripe account. In this case, if you have already created a Stripe account under the entered email, you will be prompted to choose from the already existing accounts which you want to connect to the Eatster platform. Funds from payments through Eatster applications will be credited to your chosen account.

2. Setting up two-step verification

Download the free Google Authenticator app to your mobile, create an account in it and click the Add button. Then scan the QR code displayed for you from the screen to set up login for your account.

3. Verification of login data

You will then be prompted to enter a verification code from the verification application. Open the Google Authenticator application and write the currently displayed number in the fields.

4. Backup code download

Then download the generated backup code and save it in a safe place.

5. Filling in data about the company, structure and end users of the benefits

Follow the steps below and fill in all the necessary information about your company.

6. Setting up an account to receive payments

In the "Add account for payments" step, write the account number belonging to the given company in IBAN format. Received payments for orders will be paid to this account.

7. Setting public data for customers

Set your business name and the abbreviated company name that customers will see when making payments in their internet banking.

8. Check and submit

In the last step, check the filled-in data.

Once done, Stripe will automatically redirect you back to Eatster Admin and link the two accounts. Now you're ready to start using Stripe.
