Eatster supports multiple payment options depending on platform. For example our Eatster mobile & desktop apps are using payment gateway from Stripe.

Stripe

In order to start accepting payments you need to create a free bank account connected to our Eatster account. In order to do that, log into Eatster Admin and go to Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Connect with Stripe.

You will be redirected to Stripe form which will take you no longer than 10 minutes to fill out. Once you are done Stripe will automatically redirect you back to Eatster Admin and connect these two accounts. Now you are ready to start using Stripe.

Our Eatster POS app currently supports multiple payment terminals:

  • GpTom - SoftPos terminal from Global Payments that uses integrated NFC chips in our cash registers & kiosks.

  • Adyen - Pos terminal from Adyen with large support in many countries across the world.

  • Papaya POS - Pos terminal from Papaya POS, a Slovak based company.

GpTom

Our customer success manager will connect you with the GpTom representative to sign a contract. After that it takes about a week to receive your new credentials - these you will use to sign into GpTom app on your Eatster's POS or Kiosk device (if you received your device already with GpTom activated you can ignore this step).

Adyen

Contact our customer success manager if you want to use this payment method.

Papaya POS

Our customer success manager will connect you with the Papaya POS representative to sign a contract. After that it takes about two weeks to receive your new payment terminal. This terminal needs to be paired with our Eatster POS or Kiosk devices. Contact our customer success manager to learn how to do it.
