Eatster provides an overview of issued documents and individual transactions. The overview shows all transactions through all Eatster POS applications.
You can view the transaction overview on the Dashboard -> Transactions subpage.
The transaction overview contains
ID - internal transaction ID, purchase
Order no. - order number that was used to call the customer
Date - date of purchase
Total - order value with VAT
Platform - name of the platform through which the order was made (Apps / Kiosk / Cashier -> eKasa)
Payment - payment method (Card / Cash)
Image - photos associated with the transaction are displayed here (e.g. if the customer takes a photo in front of the kiosk after paying, photos of the food if the customer was satisfied or dissatisfied, etc.)
Details - after clicking, you can see the details of the transaction itself
Transaction detail
You can access the transaction details by clicking the icon button in the Details column.
The transaction details detail individual information about the order, such as transaction fees, and if the order was placed outside the eKasa checkout, the details also include a link to download the invoice that was sent on your behalf to the customer's email.
