Click on Marketing > Loyalty System
The system assigns 1 loyalty point for every €5 spent (or equivalent in other currencies). For example:
Order with a total value of €4: +0 loyalty points
Order with a total value of €9: +1 loyalty point
Order with a total value of €20: +4 loyalty points
When the customer reaches the specified value (first entry in the image below), they can redeem their reward for the next order (second entry).
If the Loyalty Type option is selected as Restaurant, loyalty points are accumulated only when purchasing from your restaurant. If the Location option is selected, loyalty points are calculated for rewards from all restaurants that are assigned to a specific location (Location).
