Order Filtration

Follow these steps to locate a specific order in the system using filters whenever you need to process a return or refund.

1.Step: Open Filter Settings

  • Click on the filter icon located in the upper right corner of the screen.


2. Step: Fill in Order Details Use the following fields to narrow down your search:

  • Order ID: Enter the 3-digit number found at the top of the bill/invoice.

  • Order Number: Enter the 6-digit number found on the invoice or bill (it is the number located after the forward slash /).

  • Filter based on Date and Time: Enter the estimated time period you are searching for.

  • Order Items: Search based on specific items that were part of the order.


    IMPORTANT NOTICE: After succesfull or failed search do not forgot to clear filter to be able to see current order status
