Every restaurant and location in Eatster has a unique web ordering URL. Customers can use this link to browse your menu and place orders online. You can share it on social media, embed it on your website, print it on flyers, or send it directly to customers.
Step 1: Log in to Eatster Admin
Open your browser and go to admin.eatster.app. Sign in with your admin credentials (email and password).
Step 2: Navigate to your Restaurant or Location
After logging in, you'll see the main dashboard. Your restaurants and locations are listed in the admin panel. If you manage multiple restaurants, make sure the correct one is selected from the list.
Step 3: Open the Three-Dot Menu (⋮)
Find the restaurant or location you need. On the right side of each row, you'll see a three-dot menu button (⋮). Click it to open the action dropdown.
Step 4: Click "Copy ordering link"
In the dropdown menu, click "Copy ordering link". The web ordering URL for that restaurant or location is instantly copied to your clipboard.
You'll see a brief confirmation toast that the link has been copied.
Step 5: Paste and Share the Link
The ordering link is now in your clipboard. Paste it anywhere using Ctrl + V (Windows) or ⌘ + V (Mac). The copied URL will look something like this:
https://order.eatster.app/restaurant/your-restaurant-name
Anyone who opens this link can browse the menu and place an order at your restaurant. Share it via email, social media, WhatsApp, embed it on your website, or print it on marketing materials.
💡 Pro Tips
Per-location Links: Each location has its own unique ordering link. Make sure you copy the link for the correct location if you manage multiple.
QR Codes: Use the QR section in admin to generate QR codes that link directly to your ordering page for table-side or print use.
Website Embed: Add the ordering link as a button on your website (e.g. "Order Now") to drive online orders from your existing web traffic.
